The Sam Tristanio family would like to thank everyone. You have all helped in ways I could have only dreamed. I know it would be impossible to name everyone but my heart always will. You give me the reason to go on because you care and have done something about it. Let it be said by me no donation is ever to small. I said when we set up the foundation that if every person Sam or I have ever talked to donated $2.00 we would reach our goal, I believe this is happening. Please know you not only help me but those who are burned.

First I owe an unpayable debt to Michael Petit without whom the foundation would not have happened. When I couldn't think he thought for me. When I didn't understand he showed me, he has stayed beside me everyday. May God Bless Him and reward his parents for his most generous helping hand.

Thank you to the entire Kansas City, MO Fire Department and Local 42. I do not no where I would be today with out them. There help has been endless from the time John died until today. They are Gods angels on earth there are none to compare. God Bless KCMO Fire Department! I must give a special thank you to Station 3 Sam's crew on B shift and to the truck company. They gave Sam happiness and kept us going when all we could do was feel pain that would not stop. I am honored to know each and everyone.
